1. Review the Carrier Rules, Tariff Item 250: General Limitations of Liability in our Rules Tariff.
2. Locate the pertinent shipment documentation including:
• Original bill of lading Document bearing notation of loss or damage
• Carrier inspection form (when available)
• Complete invoice or copy that represents your cost of goods(wholesale)
• Complete invoice on repair costs
• Photos depicting damage (where applicable)
